Codfish roe or sardine roe can be boiled, chopped and seasoned with parsley, garlic, olive oil and a dash of vinegar. It is usually served as an appetizer in portuguese cuisine. Ovas de bacalhau ou de outro peixe podem ser cozidas, cortadas e temperadas com salsa, alho, azeite e um pouco de vinagre. É uma excelente entrada na cozinha portuguesa. Ingredientes : 2 ovas de peixe, 6 dentes de alho, salsa, azeite e vinagre a gosto. Coloque uma panela ao lume com água temperada com sal e deixe ferver. Junte as ovas e deixe cozinhar entre 10 a 15 minutos. Retire uma ova, corte e veja se está cozida. Escoe a água e deixe as ovas arrefecerem.  Cortar as ovas às rodelas. Picar os alhos e a salsa e juntar às ovas. Barquinho casca de noz Materiais: Casca de noz Plasticina Palito Pedacinho de papel Colocar um pouco de plasticina no fundo da meia casca de noz. Recortar um papel e pintá-lo com cores alegres. Pode ser recortado em forma de triângulo, quadrado, circulo, nuvem... A vela de papel vai dar-lhe a sua individualidade. Espetar o palito na vela de papel, furando no principio e no fim para que a vela se segure. Espetar o palito e a vela na plasticina que está dentro da casca de noz. Depois é só encher a banheira, uma bacia, uma piscina de plástico ou ir procurar uma poça de chuva na rua. Colocar os barquinhos na água e vê-los a flutuar. When we are starters at micro stock, one of the things we must do to learn more about stock image industry is to study the database to see what is uploaded, what sells better, what are the current trends and so on. This cannot be achieved in one day or a week, it is more a continuous work we all must do while we are shooting, editing, drawing, uploading, keywording and doing all other necessary work. One of the errors I have made when I started was to assume that images with some or many sales were the best ones in the database and draw some (wrong) conclusions of it. Althought most of those images have proven their value, there was one point I have missed: their age on the database. An old image has more chances of being sold more times because back then there was less competition and, for that reason, a less quality image would have more chances of being sold. So, I have decided to compile a rough "age on the database" table for the files based on their ID number, at least...
